P-E Hysteresis Loop of Zinc Ferrite Films

Abstract:

     Growth of zinc ferrite films were performed on highly-polished substrate at different process temperature. Following this, P-E hysteresis loop was generated by spontaneous polarization, coercive field and memory window of zinc ferrite thin films were films were evaluated.
