Differential Thermal Aualysis of Al(1 mol%) Doped PbTiO3 Ceramics

Abstract:

          Al (9 mol%) doped PbTiO3 ceramics are prepared by the conventional solid solution method. Phase transition of PbTi(Al)O3 ceramics is examined by TG-DTA, From the differential thermal analysis, curie point of the PbTi(Al)O3 ceramics is determined.
