Current Versus Voltage Characteristics in TiO2 Thin Films for FMD Application

Abstract:

     TO2 thin film memory diodes are prepared at different process temperature. I-V characteristics of TiO2 thin films with Ag electrode are examined. The I-V curves show the rectification effect. From these characteristics diode parameters are evaluated.
