Abstract:
The main purpose of this research paper is to pave the for new for new ways of learning and teaching to be more effective in teaching English. It is also to distribute the gains that may be obtained from the use of ICT to develop language skills in students of English as a foreign language. Any reader may know advantages and disadvantages of using computers in teaching and learning English. The students achievement is to keep in touch with computer, to be able to learn oneself by means of ICT, to improve the listening and speaking skills through practice and to enrich more vocabularies and more grammar rules.
