Abstract:
The study of some insects on Physics nut (Seyo Kyet Su) was commenced from December 2009 to December 2010. A total number of 8 species belonging to5 subfamilies, 4 subfamilies, 4 super families, 4 suborders and under 3 orders were collected and recorded. Diagnostic characters of pests were also given with a brief account on host plants, symptoms and damage caused by them. The systematic positions of collected species were tabulated and coloured photographs of each specimen were also provided.
