Pyroecletric Properties of Al Doped PbTiO3 Ceramics

Abstract:

         Al (1mol% to 13 mol%) doped PbTiO3 ceramics are prepared by conventional solid solution method and heat treated at 700oC for 15 min, 30 min, 45 min and 60 min. Pyrocurrent of ceramic samples are studied by using home made temperature controller and nano ammeter, Pyroelectric coefficients of the samples are also examined.
