Structural Elucidation of an Unknown Alkaloid Isolated From One Myanmar Well-known Mushroom Scleroderma citrinum Pers. (Hmou-Kyaut-Khae)

Author: Yinn Kay Khaing
Abstract:
In this research work, preliminary phytochemical screening of one Myanmar mushroom, Scleroderma utrinum Pers. was done which was collected from Myinmu Township, Sagaing Region. Furthermore, a pure bioactive compound could be isolated from ethylacetate extract by using advanced separation techniques, such as thin layer and column chromatograms. The physical state of this compound is colourless needle shape crystal and the yield percent is found to be (12.01 mg, 0.8%) based upon the crude extract. The molecular formula of this compound was determined by using some spectroscopic methods such as 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, HSQC and E-1mass spectrum respectively.
Keywords: Scleroderma utrinum, ager well, thin layer, column chromatogram, 1H  13C NMR, DEPT, HSQC, E-1 mass, HSQC, COSY, HMBC, NOESY.
