Abstract:
Temperature dependence of ferroelectric and pyroelectric behaviours of Lead-based titanate film on SiO2/ Si substrate were presented with a view toward studying the effect of dopant material in place of lead on lead on these properties. As thermal hysteresis loop, the change in polarization was believed to involve ion movement, which was affected by temperature, as expected. The observed increase in or with increasing dopant concentration was due to the increase in mobility of the ions as dopant material increased. As the effect in pyroelectric properties, the observed Lead-based titanate films were useful for temperature sensing.
