Abstract:
In this paper, algal specimens were collected from Htanaunggone Inn, Myingyan township, Mandalay Region. Ten genera belonging to three divisions of algae were identified and classified in this study. There are Merismopedia, Chrococcus, Spirulina, Oscillatoria, Anabaena belonging to Cyanophyta, Scenedesmus, Spirogyra, Pediastrum, Closterium belonging to Chlorophyta and Phacus belonging to Euglenophyta.
